Lovely characterful cottage stay
9.0Loved the detailled instructions for arrival and the friendly and helpful communication throughout. I felt attended to at a personal level.
− Paying the tourist tax gave an explorer card. I still don't know what happened but I paid before leaving, paid when I got there to get the cards and then one of us had to pay again at the tourist office. Maybe I was just unlucky
Fantastic scenery
9.0We loved that everything was ready for our arrival. The snow was cleaned from the parking slot, and the house was warm. Overall, the place is very warm. The location is incredible. The view from windows is just a postcard. In 10-15 minutes of drive, there is the Snow Island, which is a perfect place for kids: sledges, toboggan, cross-country skiing, small hills for practicing alpine skiing. In Crans-Montana itself there are supermarkets, shops with sports equipment for different budgets and pharmacies. The location is just perfect.
− The house is designed in a way that shower offers a bit limited privacy as it's not in a bathroom but is accessed from the stairway.
