Good location but basic and no hot water
5.0We liked the location. Once we received a WhatsApp with the PIN codes for the multiple locks to enter our room it was fine.
− There was no hot water for a shower and it was only in response to my WhatsApp the following morning that we were informed of a maintenance man coming out. Why were we not informed before the time. I had to have a cold shower and my family decided not to shower at all. Although this is budget accommodation it is bad service. It also wasn’t obvious from the booking that we’d have to share a bathroom.

− Window was block with wooden panel ,one morning in middle of the hall stairs where was one homeless sleeping on the floor, unbelievable! Have to call for help

9.0Instructions were super clear and made it easy to get straight in with no issues. Enough space to sleep and everything was pretty clean and tidy. Balcony was a cool addition.
− A key card after getting in would have been useful rather than putting the code in every time but not a massive stress. A blanket or extra bedding for the sofa bed would also be good.
