1.0− Hotel can't find any of my booking which I have 3 booking in this hotel. And left me nowhere as they said they didn't have anything from booking.com And if I want to stay with them I will have to do as walk in. Which I do so cos we don't have anywhere else to go. Please explain on the booking problem. This is the second time happening to me as no booking from booking.com
