− Bedding filthy in room 4

Cleanliness and good location for where we needed to be.

− No living spaces. Bathroom door did not lock Complicated entry system with multiple codes. Felt like an hmo converted to air bnb. No living area and kitchen very small. Few utensils in the kitchen. Rooms with double bed but so tiny it would realistically fit one person. Only tiny little velux window, making the room feel lack of air - also no curtains so sun in the room since morning !

Horrible experience. Will never stay here again

The only thing good was the location

− No communication until we arrived. Then had to make 3 phone calls before we received the access code. Then had to climb 2 levels in a very narrow passageway. Then access codes did not work to get into the rooms. Another 2 phone calls. Doona cover on bed had dirt on it. Waste paper basket had not been emptied from previous occupant. I had low expectations for this property however I would need to improve dramatically to meet low expectations. If I could rate it in the minus scores I would have

− Absolutely terrible, was dirty, was not a full apartment at all it was 2 separate rooms and a shared bathroom which is not what it states on the actual booking, the bathroom did not lock, the toilet constantly was filling up and running, aswell as leaking, was marks and muck all over the walls, was a cigarette burn hole in my sons quilt, no blinds or curtains over the windows, the second night we stayed there was 3 females trying to get in to our rooms with codes they had been given by the property and were told these were rooms that were available when we had payed for 2 nights there, these females proceeded to bang and make phone calls at nearly 11.45pm for over an hour before someone came to help them in to the rooms below us, upset my children who then started to throw up as he was worried someone was going to come back to our room and try getting in again! In the end we left at 1am! In a taxi and came home! I contacted the property on serval occasions about everything that happened and they choose not to reply so I had to get booking.com involved, which they also never replied to them either!!! Would never recommend or stay ever again!!

Cosy warm room, quiet in the evenings

− Bogey on the wall in the bathroom, dry urine on the toilet seat and nothing to clean it with. The bathroom door didn't lock. The bedding had a rough patch, perhaps where it had a too hot iron on it.
