5.0− When I got there, I was treated like a stranger, not a customer. One of the staff members told me that I haven't received my booking confirmation yet. Then I showed the booking confirmation via booking.com App, and through email. Even though I showed him the advance payment details. They kept me outside with my family for over an hour. Finally I approached him for the cancellation process and that's when he said I had received a confirmation from Booking.com.
