9.0Je tiens à saluer chaleureusement l'écoute et la grande disponibilité de l'équipe de réception. Suite à la perte de mon téléphone dans un taxi, le personnel n'a pas hésité une seconde à contacter la police pour m'aider dans mes recherches. Malheureusement, cela s'est produit la veille de mon départ et j'ai dû prendre mon vol sans l'appareil. Malgré tout, un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur réactivité et leur soutien précieux.

10.0Great location just outside Gangxia station, which can be travelled to via the metro from Futian, but requires 1 change on the metro Very clean, toothbrush etc provided Washing machine also provided but no dryer
