10.03人で宿泊しました。 お部屋が広々として良かったです。 軽井沢駅からも近く、チェックイン時間まで荷物を預かってもらってから色々観光できたのでとても楽でした。 ドリンクサービスの場所に本がたくさんあってとても寛げました。 朝食のバスケットでのルームサービスでとてもワクワクしたし、とても美味しかったです。
− あえて良くなった点をあげるとすれば、テーブルが小さく低かったので、朝ごはんが少し食べずらかったかな。

7.0La proximité avec la gare de Karuizawa est un plus non négligeable.
− Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre avec un panier, toutes les chambres ne se prêtent pas à manger de façon confortable. L’hôtel ne semble pas avoir une cuisine sur place et donc il faut choisir à l’avance ce qu’on veut manger et malheureusement le choix est limité et le plat principal du déjeuner est fort salé et pas très bon.

10.0This was the first hotel on our trip around Japan, and it immediately made a great impression on us. The room was quite spacious and featured a very well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast baskets delivered to the room were delicious, especially the hot soups, which changed every day. The location was also excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with a convenience store right across the street. We would happily stay here again.
