Nothing great, but not terrible.
8.0Old world charm but...
− ... a bit rundown.
Great hotel, a base for travelling to the small isles.
10.0Lovely location. Amazing views. Train stops outside the hotel for easy travel and I didnt hear it. Solo traveller. Well stocked tea & coffee facilities.

Good location for Malaig ferrys but very expensive for what you get and dont take cash for anything.
4.0Good view from my room. Good location for catching a ferry from Malaig Good to have on site carpark
− Very expensive for what we got. The room wasn't very big. The en suite was tiny, blocked basin waste, Food was expensive. Owners didn't take cash for rooms, food or drink. I did NC500 over 8 days and this was the most expensive hotel we used with very average to poor value for money compared to others we stayed at but not alot of choice when catching early morning ferries to Isle of skye,

9.0Friendly staff. Llovely weather so the view was amazing. Convenient for Isle of Skye ferry from Mallaig. Steam train passes 4 times a day 🙂 The restaurant was nice.
