10.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist super.Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Wald , Straßenbahn 2 min .Ganz schnell bis zum Zentrum.Nur 2 min zur Quarterback Arena.. Für einen Besuch in Leipzig nur zu empfehlen.Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
− Es sollte bedacht werden das es eine Altbauwohnung im 3 Stock ist.
