9.0Fabulous location close to the Shinagawa railway station. Very good facilities. Helpful staff.

8.0De locatie is heel handig dichtbij Shinagawa station waar de Shinkansen van/naar Osaka stopt en ook de JR Narita Express naar het internationale vliegveld bij Tokyo.

8.0We could use the lounge for simple breakfast and for coffee during the day. Room is of a good size for Japan hotel. Location is very convenient, with food within walking distance and metro is just 5 mins walk.
− Toilet is a little small.
Perfect for train access
8.0I liked the convenience to the train station but that’s about it. Would have liked to be closer to other parts of Tokyo, but it was a pleasant stay over all.
