buona struttura ma poca cura e rispetto per gli ospiti

− siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato una tenda della camera da letto in gran parte rotta e la maniglia della porta di entrata che si staccava, letteralmente, quando si usciva. Abbiamo mandato un messaggio e si sono scusati perchè era domenica e non era possibile mandare un operaio per aggiustare. Non è mai venuto... si è fatto vivo esattamente quando stavamo andando via a fine soggiornom nessuno ci ha avvisato del ritardo , abbiamo poi trovato tracce di muffa nella doccia e il forno era praticamente inutilizzabile perchè uno de pulsanti si toglieva. insomma buona struttura ma poca cura e rispetto per gli ospiti. Peccato

Zentrale Lage, schöne Wohnung
8.0Wir haben die Wohnung als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern für ein paar Tage genutzt und ziehen ein gemischtes Fazit. Positiv fällt zunächst die Lage auf: sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig – perfekt, um Antwerpen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst macht einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck und ist von der Größe her für eine kleine Familie in Ordnung. Das Schlafsofa war für unsere Kinder durchaus akzeptabel. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und trotz 30°C draußen war die Temperatur in der Wohnung angenehm.
− Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich und die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine für eine Ferienwohnung dieser Art wenig geeignet. Das WLAN war auf Booking als High-Speed Internet ausgeschrieben – in der Praxis war die Verbindung so langsam, dass sie kaum nutzbar war. Zudem fehlten die WLAN-Zugangsdaten im Informationsordner der Wohnung; wir mussten erst nachfragen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Der Türgriff der Wohnungstür war innen wie außen defekt.

− Enige punt was de slaapbank, 1 deel is nogal hard en met twee personen is het dan oncomfortabel.
