Location was perfect. We love the sea nearby. Swimming in seawaterpool was great. Apartment was big enough.

− Sea nearby causes lots of moisture. The floor material was damaged near the balcony doors. There was dust on the floor, I had to clean the floors.

− Avoid This Property at All Costs! The conditions were unacceptable: Plaster was falling off the walls. No duvet cover was provided for the bedding. Wi-Fi did not work. Hallway lights were out, forcing us to use our phones for lighting. The bathroom had large cockroaches, and the shower was filthy and black with grime. We left immediately and were promised a refund by the owner. Four weeks later, we were told the refund would not be issued. This property is unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the management is untrustworthy. Do not book this place! (Photos show the dirty shower and a cockroach approximately 5–6 cm long.)

Location, amazing views of the ocean in front of you. It could be an amazing place to stay.

− Did not stay, there was an extremely strong smell of bleach, burning our eyes and chest, could not open windows or door in the main room. The photos did not match the reality. The place is in need of modernization. Furniture inside and out needs to be replaced as it's broken and not safe. The staff were very understanding, I await a full refund for the booking.

1. La ubicación es estupenda, justo en la playa de Jóver, frente a las piscinas de agua salada. 2. La atención y la rapidez a la hora de contestar de Sofia.

− 1. Nos pidieron una fianza el mismo día de la llegada al alojamiento y nos sonó raro. Finalmente nos lo devolvieron pero creo que eso se debe avisar mucho antes de llegar para que la gente se organice. 2. La cama de matrimonio se hunde mucho y se hace difícil el descanso. 3. No había sábanas ni fundas de almohadas ni mantas suficientes en el alojamiento. 4. La cocina de inducción no cogía la cafetera italiana para hacer el café ni los sartenes. Hay dos cafeteras italianas y una de ellas no funciona para hacer café, le falta filtro y goma. 5. La puerta principal del edificio del alojamiento está a punto de caerse. Entiendo que al estar cerca del mar se estropea, pero falta un mantenimiento importante para el acondicionamiento del mismo. 6. Cuando llegas al alojamiento de noche, no hay luz que puedas encender para ver por donde vas.

− Ten apartament potrzebuje generalnego remontu.Wszystko tam jest stare i brudne.Zdjęcia które są na booking mijają się z rzeczywistością.Nie szukam luksusu ale musi być czysto.Pościel stara kolorowa i nawet nie z tego samego kompletu i prześcieradło wyglądające tak jakby już ktoś tam spał.W pierwszy dzień nie mogliśmy się umyć bo nie było ręczników.Jak się przyjmuje gości to kolor biały świadczy o czystości biała pościel i białe ręczniki bo goście to nie pracownicy.W tym apartamencie tylko widok jest piękny.Szkoda że mogę udostępnić tylko 4 zdjęcia bo mam ich sporo

− La vistas impresionantes , los vecinos majísimos , la zona muy tranquila pero el alojamiento pésimo , sábanas sin cambiar sucias, viejas y con mal olor , el agua se salía de la ducha , en las escaleras no había luz teníamos que subir con linternas, en el recibidor de la entrada más de lo mismo bombillas fundidas , la barandilla del balcón poco segura no pudiéndonos apoyar porque se movía , la falta de limpiezas era impresionante. Añado que nosotros fuimos por una boda a Tenerife de un familiar y nos cortaron las carreteras por un rally sin un solo cartel informativo ni nadie que nos avisara de ello y por supuesto nos perdimos la boda!
