5.0Convenient location. Spacious Handy laundry, but dryer vibrates a lot.
− Stale, old cigarette smoke smell in rooms. Plumbing very noisy. Laundry in cupboards need insulation. Neighbours dryer very noisy. Sounded like power tools for an hour 1am.!

− Exterior of building not at all appealing. Location not really near anything. Driveway a bit suss re bottoming out/ steep angle. All bins were full including recycling and green bins that had general garbage in them. Dryer broken (doesn’t spin). Cleaning staff that were working upstairs when someone left throwing towels, garbage etc down onto the driveway below was particularly appealing
