Very enjoyable stay in a great spot in Rome.
10.0Great location and very friendly staff. Cynthia was very helpful and recommended a local restaurant and shop. She also allowed us to drop our bags off early on arrival. It was great to have some toiletries and a fridge and the coffee machine in the 'lobby' was welcome.
− 3 cups instead of 2 in the triple room would have been useful. There were some loose tiles on the balcony that are in need of repair.

Stay for the location and quad-room.
8.0Excellent location, very close to St Peter’s Square and Vatican Museum. Clean and comfortable for a 4-person family: two teens and two adults were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, there is a small ‘waiting room’ with an automatic coffee machine where you can sit and wait with your bags if it’s outside of check-in/ check-out. Four separate keys to get in- it’s in an apt building so very secure.
− Up on the 5th floor with an old, small elevator so be prepared for that. Not overly soundproof, you could hear everything outside of the room if people were in the waiting room.
