10.0The close proximity of the promenade enables you to see the wonderfull veiw across swansea Bay ,and a lovely path to walk along, The apartment overlooks the marina which makes a treat to veiw all the moored yachts, and swansea town hills above, the apartment has everything you need and the Co Op store at the base of the apartment block was very convenient , we have stayed here twice,and intend to stay again in the future very enjoyable stay and superb location for the Gower,
