8.0Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Direkt viele Möglichkeiten für Essen/Trinken in der Nähe. Außerdem waren wir mit der Größe sehr zufrieden (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern). Es gibt in der Wohnung alles was man braucht - insbesondere Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Generell ist die Einrichtung schön gewählt und man fühlt sich wohl.
− Leider läuft das Wasser im kleinen Waschbecken in der Toilette nicht richtig gut ab. Ansonsten war alles top.

8.0Duidelijke instructies, gemakkelijk vindbaar. Goede faciliteiten, keuken goed bruikbaar en compleet. Fijne locatie, veel restaurants binnen bereik maar toch een lekker rustige plek. Centrum is gemakkelijk te bereizen. Host goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam in geval van vragen.
− De prijs is wat aan de hoge kant. Je hebt veel vierkante meters maar omdat het half in de grond ligt is het wat donker. Ook kon de hygiene en het onderhoud wat beter. Niks is echt kapot, maar bijvoorbeeld de kitranden zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Gorgeous apartment for 4 night stay for couple
10.0Location was fantastic! Was so surprised how spacious and clean it was for below ground apartment (which was my only reservation when booking). It was really bright and didn’t feel like it was in a basement or cellar, which below ground apartments can sometimes feel like. It was super modern and clean. It didn’t smell of anything which was such a bonus for me (sometimes they can have strong smell of cleaning products or air fresheners that can be quite suffocating). Communication with the host was really reliable and I loved the step by step photos for location and check in, which would have been really tricky to navigate without! It made the apartment feel very secluded and secure. The entrance door was very narrow but had instructions to open both doors if needed, not an issue for us but could be difficult to navigate with large luggage. The bed was huge and comfortable! I loved the extra large pillows. There was lots of plug sockets too, a powerful hairdryer and a nice area for doing makeup. I would 100% stay again when visiting Berlin.
− The bath filled up with water quite rapidly when having a shower, even after completely removing the plug. Not a massive issue but may worth be looking into!
