− La struttura è offerta con una terrazza attrezzata e con vista mare. Questo ci ha convinto nonostante il prezzo un pó caro. all'arivo la terrazza non era disponibile. l'accesso è tramite una ripida scala, ingombra di sacchi e pertanto non agibile. le condizioni di pulizia e di usura delle sdraio erano non conformi. a terra residui di intonaco caduto da tempo. Altri detriti sparsi un po' ovunque. La proprieta, tramite un faccendiere, non è stata disponibile a riconoscere nulla.. Il bagno è di dimensioni lillipuziane.

9.0Sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung in einem alten Haus. Helle Steingewölbe mit schönen Lichtakzenten, raffiniert eingebautes Minibadezimmer, kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgarnitur und 10 Schritte zu einem der Belvedere, von wo man die zauberhaften Lage von Poligniano hoch über den Felsklippen bewundern kann. Obwohl schon dieser Teil der Stadt aus lauter freundlichen alten Häusern in schmalen Gassen besteht, ist man in wenigen Minuten im richtigen historischen Zentrum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über WhatsApp war unkompliziert.
− Die Parkplatzsituation ist aufgrund der schmalen Gassen (nur Anrainer-Parken!) schwierig. Es empfiehlt sich nicht, zum Gepäckausladen vorzufahren. Besser man fragt den Gastgeber schon frühzeitig nach Parkmöglichkeiten, bevor man in den Gassen feststeckt.
