owner knows there are noise problems and insists on no refunds based on noise--but doesn't tell you

If you are forewarned about a couple things, the place would be lovely. The listing does not mention that it's a thatched roof hut, with the top wall adjacent to the street made up of mosquito netting, which means you are essentially trying to sleep 3 feet from a busy road, with scooters parking and revving engines directly next to the cabana. The place needs real walls. And AC. Be aware: beachfront it is not. Private pool means shared. Hot tub means cold tub.

− The owner has indicated there are noise problems (she says) but only on the web-based booking.com, in Spanish. We relied on the Booking.com APP, where in both English and Spanish, there is no mention of a noise problem. The owner insisted quite absurdly that we should have seen the noise notice. We found another place and asked for 3 un-used days refund. The owner refused. Booking.com is completely useless, because the owner had insisted on cash only, and because they said they'd get back to us and never did.

La maison est jolie et bien entretenue, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur.

− Le seul inconvénient est que l’on entend tout ce qui passe dans la rue comme si la fenêtre était ouverte constamment.

La piscina es espectacular, lugar muy seguro cerca de la playa, departamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario, jardín muy bien cuidado y todo muy limpio, los anfitriones muy simpáticos

− Se siente el ruido de la gente que pasa en la calle, y necesita emparejar la entrada para el auto

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour, Rien de négatif a dire. Des personnes sympathique, on a manqué de rien. L'emplacement excellent près de tout. Sans oublier les chiens qui étaient adorable. Je recommande cette endroit sans hésitation.

La localisation à Las Terrenas et l’établissement est mignon.

− Le faite que le logement ne soit pas du tout isoler du bruit pour dormir (voiture,passage des piétons qui discutent…) Logement très facilement inondable en temps de pluie très problématique. La dame qui me demande d’aider alors que je suis très clairement entrain de foutre du sable dans les sacs le culot en plus tu nous dois toujours de la monnaie.

− La mujer no es amable, tiene una vibra que no me gusta todos los demás integrantes de la casa bien.
