7.0Een ruim appartement tegen een lage prijs, met keukentje en twee badkamers op een goeie ligging. Prima bed. Groot balkon met uitzicht over vallei. Parkeerplek voor de deur. Vriendelijke host met wie het makkelijk communiceren was.
− Appartement is wat ouder en dat toont. Het heeft verder geen airco of verwarming en was dus koud (‘s nachts was het 12 graden) en vochtig. En dat rook je ook. Verder was de schoonmaak niet fantastisch en zaten er schimmelvlekken in het plafond. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en de buren parkeren op een meter uit de gevel; daar hadden we ‘s nachts en ‘s ochtends vroeg geluidsoverlast van. Dat 100 meter aan de andere kant een bouwput ligt waar ze om 8 uur beginnen werkt dan ook niet mee. Ook het uitzicht werd er niet beter van.

6.0The location. Equipment in the kitchen. Nice balcony with good view.
− Cold during the evening. Not much comfortable being in the living room with high humidity and 18C. Would be good have some kind of heater at least for the living room. The bathroom which is with the bedroom needs a serious upgrade. The ceiling have a lot of mold. Did not felt safe.
