Very easy communication with the manager on WhatsApp, clear check-in instructions, and he answers a lot of questions very fast. Lovely outdoor swimming pools, good view from balcony.

− The bin collection on the floor was broken, we took the bin bags outside the community. There were some cockroaches everyday but I guess that’s hard to avoid. Lift is a bit small. Otherwise all good.

El edificio está muy bien mantenido

− El apartamento está mal distribuido, para ver la tv tienes que estar en la cama. La nevera es ridícula tipo hotel , si estás 11 noches como nosotros. Tienes que planificar que beberas al dia siguiente porque no hay espacio y estará tibio porque no enfría hasta los 2 dias , la limpieza justita , si movías algo había mucho polvo, los ventiladores rotos sin pies. , no nos cambiaron sábanas ni toallas en toda la estancia. La persona de contacto que no vimos ningún dia poco interactiva. Lo justito del primer dia

Overall, it is a great place to visit Tenerife close to the beach

The location is very close to the beach — about a 5-minute walk. It also has a parking spot, which was important for us. There are swimming pools as well; although the water was quite refreshing, we were still able to relax there. There’s also a small bar next to the pool area. Rosa center with many shops and a supermarket is 3 mins by car, there is also available a smaller(and slightly more expensive) Superdino supermarket just 100 meters from the apartment. It's well located Trip to Plaja Americas is about 25 mins by car, to Teide around 40-50 mins, to Los Gigantes around 25 mins. The apartment has a key box, which was convenient since we left early in the morning and didn’t need to meet anyone — we just left the keys inside. The apartments are quite small, but perfectly fine for two people. The bed is in the same room as the kitchen, separated by a wall.

− The kitchen area is small, but it was fine for the week we stayed there. And it has everything you need for cooking. The surroundings are quite busy, with many tourist shops and cafés. When we needed to wait in the car on the street, it was difficult to find a free place to stop.

Es war alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz war auch von Vorteil. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pool.
