We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tony, who checked on us every day and took great care of us. When we felt unwell, the team responded immediately. The breakfast and the restaurant were excellent, and everything was very clean. The top floor was a little warm, but the air conditioning worked well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My room was upgraded from Deluxe to Superior Suite Ocean view , Pool view- the view was giving I am worthy of this rest😍 All the staff were very helpful throughout my stay even with the language barrier and Oh Tony was incredibly helpful, he’s exceptional! I am thankful to every single one of the team - From the Manager to the security to Tony and his other colleague - I felt like I was home.

− The restaurant on site has days they opened- and it’s a thing that the town has what time breakfast lunch or dinner is served even in restaurants outside the hotel - I find that awkward as I can’t get food anytime of the day I want 😩

I had a wonderful stay at Ansaly Hotel and would highly recommend it. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. In particular, Ibu and Tony went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided some of the best hotel service I have received in a long time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. The pool area was also very nice and clearly well cared for. One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere—it was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Thank you to the entire team at Ansaly Hotel for making my birthday stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

− The Wifi was not available in my room for the first two days making it hard form me to work in my room. I had to work in the common area which was ok but just not what I had requested. Prior to arrival I had mentioned I had to work and needed to have wifi in my room. The issue however was resolved for the rest of my stay.

I loved the location right on the beach. The hotel was within walking distance to quite a few restaurant. There's a spa and beauty salon right next door. I got a lovely pedicure. Le Bistro Restaurant in in the beach behind the hotel. It's very convenient for dinner. The staff went out of their way to ensure that our issues were addressed.

− I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey at 8,500 cfa pp for what you get. There were no hot breakfast items.

Posizione strategica, di fronte alla spiaggia e poco distante dal centro raggiungibile facilmente in taxi in pochi minuti. La struttura offre camere molto pulite ampie e accoglienti. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tony, il quale ci ha assistito ancora prima del nostro arrivo sia per quanto riguarda il nostro soggiorno sia per quanto riguarda le escursioni.

− Sinceramente non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto della struttura
