5.0They must never tell the guest to leave the room so early
− Just to be told that I had to leave the room because it's now 10am.

6.0The staff was pleasant, breakfast was to satisfaction, and the facilities were aesthetic enough
− There was no Aircon remote, no change of towels, and the water was cool to luke warm, never hot enough
A very homely and cumfortable place to rest after a long flight or drive.
8.0I love Pomona BB house and have already stayed there on three occassions. Its quite and easily accessible via Harare Drive. Also close to Sam Levy for shopping, Nightlife and good food outlets. My wife loves Faides' breakfast. Please provide proper coffee not Ricoffey.
− At one time when I arrived the staff did not come out to assist with laggage but just waited inside for us to drag our suitcases to the reception. One of them was in the lounge watching TV. very disappointed that night and I let the two young ladies know that we were not amused at all.

9.0I booked a standard room but when i got there was allowed to upgrade without issues.
− The shower in the bathroom. You can’t mix water, either it’s hot or cold.

4.0Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating.
− Breakfasts were basic but nice. Room I rented I had to shower in a bath where the shower head is very low and bad pressure. No Fridge in Room. No TV in room. Takes long to open gate when arrival and departing lodge daily.
