− Parking was not available, and free on street parking did not feel safe. Loud music playing until 5am non stop which meant we got no sleep at all. Toilet seat broken and no blinds on any windows so bright sunlight flooding in at 4am.

1.0Nothing, I didn't get a code to get in and despite having to find new accommodation at 1am I was then accused of leaving the flat I could not enter in a 'state' in a 1am message from the host.
− Every part of the process that was not handled by booking.com was a textbook example of what not to do. I did not receive a code, they did not answer the phone, or texts, or respond to messages on the website, or email. And the icing on the cake is after finding a replacement place to stay at 1am, and starting my stay away I awoke to drunk messages from the host accusing me of leaving the property I could not even access in a state with a threatening message. Genuinely never experienced anything this insane and would steer wildly clear of this host moving forward.
