Fabulous interiors, in a great location .
9.0The property was stunning attention to detail was fabulous, we were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles which was a lovely stay. A two minute walk to the village would definitely stay again .
− The few days we were there where a little chilly and the heating wasn’t set to come on so we did find the mornings uncomfortable, wasn’t cold enough to light the log burner,
Lovely place, but there are a couple of issues.
8.01. The open plan upstairs layout was superb and very sociable. 2. The high spec features throughout.
− 1. Aga oven and hob were not very practical for a holiday let. The heat levels were not controllable and took a long time to heat up. 2. The shower flooded unless you took out the drain cover. But if you removed the drain cover, it left a deepish hole in the shower fall. 3. Not much space in 2nd bedroom.

Stay was brilliant despite above comments cleanliness could be better.
10.0The welcome package was great. The property was lovely. Well presented. Information folder very professional. Addition of Bath House products nice touch.
− Cleanliness on first impressions good however pubic hairs in the bath, dirty pillow covers in the main bedroom & used linen smell 😟……. Cobwebs above and around oven and downstairs toilet. Had a feeling of slap dash corporate cleaning.
Lovely cottage and location
7.0The Hut is finished to an excellent standard, and is very conveniently located to access the town amenities on foot.
− Sadly, the parking situation would deter us from returning and The Hut has no outdoor space. We have never cooked using an Aga before and everything we put in the oven ended up burnt. Good excuse to eat out, we were on holiday after all, but when staying in such a lovely cottage we would have liked to have eaten in after a day being out and about. Would also have been useful to have a clothes airer for hanging wet clothes after being out in the rain.
