− Cleanliness. Clutter lying around that needs to be binned. Simple general maintenance required. Dart board - no darts.
Great location with beautiful views. However could use a renovation and new furniture.

− The place could use some renovation and a better clean. Noting there was a hole in the bathroom and the vinyl near the entrance was damaged. There were also some stains on the wall, carpet and the couch.The property has so much potential, if these points are looked at.
