9.0Asukoht üldiselt vaikne arvestades, et kõrval on lasteaed ja raudtee. Voodid mõnusad ja toad puhtad. Võõrustaja oli alati olemas ja tuli vastu soovile pagas veidi kauemaks korteri jätta.
− Sissepääsu tänav veidi räämas ja pigem nurgatagune. Kööki võiks soetad mõned uued nõud (pannilabidad jms) ja kindlasti noad. Sooja vett kolmele inimesele järjest pesemiseks ei jagunud.
