a hotel with an interesting design

Excellent location, beautiful interior design, and very responsive front desk team. When we reported that our room felt too stuffy, the staff reacted quickly and moved us to another room without any issues.

− For a 5-star hotel, the service fell short of expectations. No one helped us with our luggage from the street, so we had to drag our heavy bags up to the reception one by one. Someone did eventually help bring them to our room, but only after we explicitly asked. Additionally, the breakfast service was very weak. The staff never approached us to offer coffee or eggs; we constantly had to flag them down just to order.

Our stay at Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful romantic setup in our room, including flowers on the bed and thoughtful decorations. It was such a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

I missed the ice cream machine!

− Being a guest for over or five years, I've noticed some decline.Breakfast which used to be a highlight , now feels rather ordinary.I would love to see it regain the quality it once had. What I truly miss is the warm welcome you used to offer, a glass of water or cava on arrival, a simple check-in on how the journey went.This time that personal touch was missing, and it change the whole feel.
