− Es war alles ok - und dass es etwas Straßenlärm gab stand ja in der Anzeige. Daher keine Beanstandungen.

7.0Es gab Kekse und Kaffeebohnen im Vollautomat. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet, die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar, die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, man ist gleich im Zentrum.
− Wir wussten es, aber vorm Späti war jeden Abend gut was los, trotz kalter Temperaturen stand die Kundschaft lang davor und trotz geschlossener Fenster war es recht laut. Nachts ging es mit dem Verkehr. Die Sauberkeit im Bad (Staubecken) und Küchenschränken (Krümel und Flecke) ist ausbaufähig bzw. wünsche ich mir in einer FeWo mehr Reinlichkeit.
