9.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist an einem Hang. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Gastgeber ist ein freundlicher holländischer Herr, der gut deutsch spricht. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen! Als Hundehalter ist der Hundestrand La Rubina sehr zu empfehlen. Der Hundestrand ist ca. 800m lang und ca. 30m breit, man kann die Hunde dort, ohne Leine, laufen lassen und mit ihnen in das Wasser gehen. Die Stimmung unter den Hundehaltern ist absolut entspannt.

10.0Die Begrüßung und Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Das Appartement sieht 1 zu 1 aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir finden es sehr hübsch.. Was man sagen kann, dass das Appartement richtig gut ausgestattet ist.. Irgendwlche Gebrauchsgegenstände ,für die Küche muss man nicht mitbringen.. JA es gibt tatsächlich scharfe Messer. Erst spät haben wir die Gebrauchsanweisungen für die 3(!) Fernseher und diverse Haushaltgeräte entdeckt. Hat aber auch so gut funktioniert. Der Elekrogrill war bei der Ankunft defekt, aber es wurde umgehend für Ersatz, durch den Vermieter gesorgt. TOP Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon ist sehr schön. 10Min. Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen Strand, 30Min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt und am großen Strand..Alles in allem, waren wir begeistert.
