− The tv channels didn’t work after the first day and water flow was weak in the washrooms.

10.0Donegal's Heart is a Gorgeous and spacious home, in the heart of Donegal. Perfect location for all excursions to every part of Donegal. Great value for money. The house is warm and user-friendly, with everything mentioned in the "facilities" available. The host is very friendly and always contactable to answer all queries. I would highly recommend Donegal Heart.

3.0Lots of space inside, bedrooms are very generous Beds were comfortable Kitchen floors and surfaces were clean and tidy Owner comms were clear and friendly Extremely quiet and private
− Issues with the property let it down (have photos if required). We just needed a place to sleep so they didn’t get in the way of our trip. Smoke alarms not working (hallway and landing) TV not working as not tuned in and no instructions One upstairs shower leaked and it has stained the ceiling of the bedroom beneath The other upstairs shower didn’t work and the room smelt The was a broken football table stored on the upstairs landing There was a bathroom bin filled with used sanitary products Outdoor furniture was corroded and looked fragile Opened packets and jars of food left in kitchen cupboard and fridge Door for downstairs bedroom wardrobe propped up inside the wardrobe

3.0Facilities are poor, the owner is money minded and not cooperative. He will keep you on your toes! He is not reachable at all and sometimes creates hassle and havoc! The owner will also put stress and harass the guests, hence if you are on a leisure trip, please avoid this property.
− Heating, hot water, internet/ TV doesn’t work at all! The carpet on stairs are wide open and slippery, couple of guys in our trip slipped and had sprain! The owner claims 4 bathrooms but except one nothing works at all! If 2-3 families plan because it is a 4 bed property then privacy is compromised (we were two families with children).
A great base for our break.
9.0Great size. Good size rooms and storage. Several showers which was good for a large family group. The wood burner. The view from the large window. The privacy. The homely feel. The washing machine!
