Pasamos una buena estadía. La anfitriona Luisa fue muy amable, respondió todas nuestras preguntas y estuvo en contacto en todo momento. Henry el señor que cuida la cabaña, fue muy atento y nos ayudo con el ingreso y la salida. La habitación es tal como se muestra en las fotos; lo mejor sin duda es la vista y el jacuzzi. Disfrutamos de un tiempo agradable en familia. Lo recomendamos!

− En cuanto al acceso, la entrada es una loma bastante empinada, por lo que es más recomendable llegar en camioneta o vehículo alto. Consideramos que sería bueno mejorar el tiempo de ingreso, ya que al llegar al portón esperamos aproximadamente 10 minutos para que nos abrieran. Algo que entendemos que no pueden controlar del todo es el tema del wifi, por tratarse de una zona rural. Durante nuestra estadía no tuvimos conexión y la señal fue intermitente. Lo que no nos gustó fue el televisor: lo encendimos y solo mostraba la pantalla en negro, no tenía canales ni plataformas de streaming como Netflix o Disney+, por lo que resultó inutilizable en la habitación. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería bueno reforzar el aseo de la cocina, ya que algunos vasos estaban un poco sucios, y las sábanas tenían un olor extraño, como a guardado. También recomendamos agregar un secador de pelo, ya que no había disponible.

I recently stayed at this cabana, and the location is absolutely stunning. The views from the mountains are breathtaking, and for that alone, I’d give a 5-star rating. It’s a beautiful and secluded spot, perfect for enjoying nature and escaping the city.

It’s a beautiful and secluded spot, perfect for enjoying nature and escaping the city. However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our cabin wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it’s one of the main features advertised. We reached out to the administration, but it took hours for them to respond, and they were unable to resolve the issue during our stay. The customer service could use improvement; a quicker response and more attentive care would make a big difference. One other thing to note is that the cabana is located up a hill, so it’s essential to have your own transportation to get around comfortably. Overall, while I’d give the location and view an excellent rating, the administration team could benefit from some upgrades in responsiveness and customer care.
