10.0Very nice place to enjoy Italian sun, sea, food and beautiful mosaics of nearby Ravenna. The host surprised us welcoming with really very good local wine. The place was spacious and located in a great area with only few minutes walk from the beach where our host rented for us a place on the beach with umbrella and beds to enjoy holidays without further issues (nor costs!). The contact with the owner was very good and he cared if we do not have any issues and was available for help. We were very happy with his hospitality and generosity. It was very nice stay and we strongly recommend this place.

9.0Beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style that immediately made us feel at home. Well equipped. Very friendly host. Great location. Overall excellent!
− Beds and sofa a bit uncomfortable. Very thin walls and loud neighbors. Check-in only until 8pm (no flexibility with late check-in).

10.0Our stay has superb. Apartment is roomy and located in the city center. There is umbrella and two sunbeds aviable for free on the nearby beach. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Owner is very kind and very responsive.
