The location of the apartment was very good they were lots of shops cafes amenities and very close to the Bethnal Green tube station

− Unfortunately our stay was pretty much ruined as soon as we arrived not only were we provided with an incorrect door lock code leaving us stood outside thinking we had been scammed as the host didn't answer there phone till after 2 calls. Once we finally got into the property we realized that it had not been cleaned there was remnants of other people's hair and dust like it hadnt been hoovered, weed drugs on the counter by the door and the freezer had remnants of somebody else's things in it. There was mold all over the bathtub and the description amenities said that they provide towels but there were none provided leaving us all with wet hair in the morning. We asked to check in at 2:00 p.m. as the check-in time with 3 pm very late in my opinion and I received a message from the Host at 20 past 12 saying that they had finished cleaning which i was grateful for because we were due to arrive at 2 p.m,. However this still left them with 2 hours to clean and the property was cleaned at all bearing in mind that there was other people's hair on my bed and numerous other stains and things over the walls etc. The property was the filthiest I've ever stayed at. Not only that but it's right near the main road so you can hear the traffic noise all night and the skylights have no blinds on them so you are woken up at the early hours of the morning by the sun streaming through. Overall the location was fantastic and the property has a lot of potential but was let down by uncleanliness and the drugs that were not cleaned up. The apartment is definitely not worth what we paid for it and I actually felt more dirty when we left! Luckily we only were there to sleep but I wouldn't return here.

The appartement was confortable for a group (we were 7 friends). Despite being on the main street of Bethnal Green, the loft is quite calm. The outside Space is also quite nice. Communication with the Host is easy and efficient.

The place is clean, new, and enjoyable!

The property is super clean and very well equipped! The house has plenty of space and a very cozy environment. Also, it seems very new which is no common in London. Moreover, the outdoor plays the best part! We cooked and then ate outside with my family!

− The check out is quite early at 10am while the check in is too late at 3pm minimum. There is a huge difference between them, so if you are going only for 3 days is quite uncomfortable

The property was spacious and reasonably priced

− The bedding on two of the beds was covered in small lumps of fluff (or dirt it was hard to tell). This resulted in us washing a set of bedding prior to use. The fridge was not clean and old items were in the freezer. One of the bedroom windows was hard to close and hence made it difficult to keep out the ever present road noise. There were no blinds on the velux windows which meant daylight streamed the rooms from 5am.
