Owner needs to revise his methods.
1.0− I had a confirmed reservation. The instructions were "arrive between 11 am and 6 pm. I arrived at 4pm and the owner had already canceled my reservation. Owner claimed that he tried to message me. I never received any message. I was left having to find another hotel at 6pm at night. Messages should have been sent through the booking.com app.

− Pura enganação, aqui fala que podemos pagar com cartão e lá o cara que atendeu falou que não e se não fosse do nosso agrado procurávamos outro lugar

1.0− Las condiciones de los espacios comunes del edificio son de abandono (boquetes en las paredes, todas las baldosas rotas y suciedad por todos lados. En el departamento no había jabón ni shampoo en el Baño. El colchón de la tercer cama individual parecía el colchón de un indigente en situación de calle. A metros hay un boliche bailable que no te deja dormir por el ruido, nunca nos conto esto el anfitrión solo al irnos nos dijo que dependía de la dirección del viento. Teníamos que pasar solo una noche y viajar a Buenos Aires y necesitábamos descansar bien y la música termino a las 6 de la mañana. Teníamos que partir a las 8. Conclusión no pudimos pegar un ojo.
