7.0A traditional apartment overlooking the river. My Google maps directed me to the back of the property. Having to drag luggage back up flights of steps wasn't pleasant. On arrival , Cuencaloft suggests that the apartment was at the top of the building, no. The key fob has no name or apartment number, so short of ringing every bell, I was left to return to the agent to ask which apartment. I had tried to phone, but nobody answered. The agent then showed a video of the property and which door belonged to the apartment. When suggesting that she might have done this before and perhaps the key fob label should correspond to the name on the door, I received an apathetical shrug . Turns out, the loft apartment is in the basement! The apartment is reasonably located, with a steep but direct walk to Plaza Mayor and the highlights of the old town.
