Idyllic little gem (as long as you’re not too tall)

Everything. Jayne was the perfect host and the cottage was delightful. Would recommend most highly.

I kept hitting my head first thing in the morning as the doors are very small and I’d forget to duck when exiting the bedroom half asleep.

We had a lovely warm cosy weekend at Bimble Cottage, it was pretty, clean and comfortable with some nice thoughtful touches..Thank you for our welcome pack. We would definitely stay again.

Hit my head twice..doorways are a bit lower than I had realised.. however, it does have a sign above it, and it didn’t spoil our stay.

Excellent cottage! But upstairs is a little low!

8.0

The host left lots of little things to make our stay easier and had thought of everything from a hairdryer and hand cream to milk and bread. This was a lovely and appreciated touch. Cottage was decorated nicely and sofa was really comfy. The bed was huge and really comfy and the kitchen fully kitted out if you wanted to make your own food. Detailed instructions of how to find it and get in were really useful and overall would recommend this cottage!

Location was a little out of the way but we were fine with that. The upstairs doors are very low and right at the stop of the stairs which felt like you were going to fall when bending down to get through especially at night! I’m 5’7 I wouldn’t recommend if you’re any taller! The shower wasn’t great and it took a while to find the switch but it worked fine. Would have like to have control of the heating.

Lovely cottage in a very nice village. Close to local pub serving great food. Great communication from the owners.
