Bring your own bedding, towels.and toilet paper as booking information does not state this.

The location as I needed to be near delabole, which was 4 miles away. I wasn't expecting a 5 star accommodation but I certainly didn't expect a 1 star.

Apparently you have to provide your own bedding, towels and toilet paper. This WAS NOT stated on booking.com. Thankfully there was enough bedding in the wardrobe to do a single and double bed. When I contacted the host Tania she sent me screen shots from another booking site and I then sent her screenshot from booking.com and nowhere says to bring your own bedding, towels or toilet paper. Tania was unable to help and her nearest person to look after the accommodation is her uncle who is 1 hour away. We borrowed towels from friends and bought the toilet paper. The bunk beds you could feel the springs so ended up sleeping on the sofa. PAT tests stickers mostly 2023.or removed. Fridge set to zero so not cold on arrival. I won't blame anyone for the spiders as that can't be helped, if you are afraid of spiders then this place isn't for you. I was very disappointed and it's the worse experience I have had when using booking.com.

Tidy

Md · GB · 2024-08-10

Clean, basic but all that we needed for a weeks stay. Great start point to explore surrounding areas.

Situated in a very quiet area of North Cornwall. Provided everything required.

Smell of food/cooking stayed in the property despite many reed diffusers and opening windows. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and everything seemed quite dated. Could do with a little updating. Front lawn needed a tidy but didn’t impact on our stay. Overall the property was comfortable and provided us somewhere to stay while we explored North Cornwall.
