Lovely property in a great location, additional booking process was not easy
7.0Fantastic location, great air con, comfy beds, lovely decor, fab lounge, well equipped kitchen and laundry, lovely bathroom.
− Smaller than depicted in photos with kitchen/ dining quite cramped, exterior old and worn, no key for back door deadlock which would have felt more secure, front door keypad lock is handy but quite loud announcing lock/unlock, poor tea/ coffee selection and presentation. Book in process was very frustrating and time consuming as I would not upload a photo of my drivers licence to their system and it took many emails to get a redacted copy sorted. Given I had paid and did not know a photo of my ID would be required it was annoying. The process through booking.com is and should be easy, the process required by this accommodation is not made clear prior to booking.

− The lock took a little getting used to at first ...but all good !
Overall the positives outweighed the negatives and will be trying to book this unit whenever we go back to Adelaide
8.0Nice and newly renovated feel. Comfortable couch & beds. Nice bathroom and back courtyard. Great location with many restaurants and supermarket close bye. TVs were big and easy to access apps on. Ducted aircon was great too.
− The bathroom door handle got stuck locked. I contacted the owners and they had it fixed fairly promptly which was great and appreciated. Washer dryer was handy but the dryer was complicated to use and didn’t quite dry things. Neighbours kids can be noisy which can’t be helped but worth noting
