Location and beautiful apartment! You could go by walk everywhere! Center of the city! Air condition works good and warm water also ! I recommend and if I visit Athen ! Definitely again in this apartment! And part of acropolis view awesome!

Beautiful apartment, great location, well equipped, clean and specious. We were afraid from the noise but it was very quiet and we really didn’t hear anything from the street.

− Few small things I’d like to mention- nothing that would’ve stop me from coming back! The building is a bit old and the staircase wasn’t clean. We had to turn on the heating every time we wanted to take a shower - it didn’t took a lot of time for it to heat up, but still it’s not something you want to handle while on vacation. The bathroom door was a bit hard to open and close. Would’ve been nice to have more than one towel per guest, when staying for 5-6 days it’s nice to have it replaced.

- Location!! Athens is a city that we adore and we visited it multiple times. This is one of the best locations to stay if you visit for holiday. It is walking distance to major attractions and nightlife venues. - Apartment is pretty easy to access to. It is clean overall, modernly decorated and pretty quite at night until the church bell rings at 6:45 AM =) - not a big deal. - Host is very responsive and polite.

− - Sorry, but this one ruined the stay a bit to be honest. Before you check in, you are instructed by text to turn the boiler on to get hot water. It says it takes 30-40 minutes for hot water to be ready. It actually gets ready in an hour and you only get hot water for about 10 minutes which is far from being enough especially on a winter day. I don't know whether they can fit a bigger boiler tank in the apartment, but they should at least open the boiler before the guests arrive to give them a chance to get a quick shower. We lost so much time on the first day because of that and it didn't help the following days as well. - The apartment looked new and clean overall, but there are annoying stains on the sofa and in the shower area which is not pleasant. The rate for the apartment is above average compared to other places in the city, which raises the expectations. - Just an advice, they should put curtains to the rooms.
