Great stay!
9.0The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver because we went to Rome in the middle of a heatwave. The kids enjoyed the apartment as well, especially the living room and the big sofa. The location was excellent, and charming, and we found some great places to eat nearby, right in the neighborhood. We only took the metro to go to the Vatican; everywhere else, we walked. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Overall, we were very comfortable and had a great stay!
− If I had to point out a few minor negatives, and I should stress that none of these would stop us from staying there again: the shower box in one of the WCs leaks, which meant we had to put a few towels on the floor to avoid big puddles before we discovered how to avoid the water from coming out; one of the smaller bathrooms had an unpleasant sewage smell, (this is fairly common in old buildings), so we simply kept that bathroom closed since there were two others; one of the bedrooms had no shutters, only curtains, which made it impossible to darken the room properly; a few more kitchen towels would have been useful; and if we walked around the apartment barefoot, our feet ended up black, and I mean really really black, which suggests that the floors could do with a thorough cleaning.

9.0The location was great. Central to all main sites you would want to go to. Easy 10-15 minute walk. Property was spacious and would accommodate a large group. Great little local pasta bar right around the corner as well.
− The front door lock stuck all the time and was a little frustrating when trying to enter the building.
