madame est très gentille, le petit déjeuner est correct, la propreté a répondu à mes attentes mais la qualité du lit ne m'a pas permis de passer de bonnes nuits.

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was also very nice and modern. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and always available when needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay again.

Delicious dinner

This is a spacious lodge located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the bus station. After our booking, Indeewari contacted us to ask if we were interested in arranging a tour by car or tuk-tuk and provided helpful suggestions of places to visit. She also offered to prepare a meal for us, and we are very glad we chose to have her rice and curry. It was an outstanding dinner and the perfect way to end our trip to Sri Lanka — our last Sri Lankan dinner in the country. The setting made the experience even more special, and it’s a moment we will remember very fondly. The breakfast was also very good. Indeewari also kindly arranged a taxi for our return to Katunayake.

− As the hostess was so kind an attentive, there were no negative points - The fridge in the lodge was not working, but Indeewari kindly stored our items in her own fridge. She also provided us with her personal kettle, since the one in the lodge stopped working, which we really appreciated.

Struttura bellissima, con un giardino enorme e ben curato. Camera pulitissima con un bel antibagno dove poter lasciare i bagagli. Bagno grande, bello e pulito. La struttura è leggermente decentrata ma la proprietaria è deliziosa e si è resa disponibile ad aiutarci a chiamare i tuk tuk con pick me. È stata inoltre gentilissima a prepararci la colazione molto presto (ore 6) per consentirci di andare a vedere i siti antichi in primissima mattinata e per andare a prendere il bus il giorno del rientro. È stata veramente preziosa.

The owner was so kind and helpful. The evening meal was delicious, in fact it was the best meal I had whilst I have been travelling. An amazing breakfast with a range of local foods. The room was bigger than we had expected and with really comfy beds and a really good shower If you want a place that is really good value for money with excellent food at extremely reasonable prices and kind and helpful staff then this is the place. Highly recommend this place. .
