8.0Clean nice quiet area near to where we needed to be, beds comfortable kitchen had lots of amenities

Good place, good area, close to the airport and Donnington Park.
6.0Unlike a hotel room you have the space to freely walk around. With a family of five this gave us the change to have our own spare when it was necessary.
− The floor boards creaked loudly when you walked on them meaning that when someone got up either during the night or early in the morning you wakened everyone
Adequate property for our needs as visiting friends in Castle Donington but not anything special.
6.0Location good. Quiet location
− Equipment in kitchen somewhat limited which luckily we didn’t need. The seating downstairs wasn’t comfortable. Beds ok but not the best. Floorboards upstairs very squeaky and noisy through the night. The shower door leaked very easily. The drive was impossible to park on.
Great stay great host and property
9.0Communication and timely responses from host with answers to questions. Location and area was great close to the town quite a quiet area which was lovely. A great little property that had what we needed and was able to utilise the back area to keep motorcycles away from the road. Host has been fantastic and extremely helpful I left an item behind and she kindly posted it to me would recommend and stay again.
− Felt pillows and quilts could do with an upgrade. Mattresses also a bit uncomfortable. Nowhere to hang clothes in the rooms although is a wardrobe in the space room but not ideal.

7.0Good location in a quiet area easy to get local taxi for a wedding a few miles away. Enough parking on drive and nearby. It worked for us as a mixed family group with the bed set up and little dressing room to get ready. It’s basic but we’d probably use again for racing ect.
