− The accommodation was significantly misrepresented in its advertisement and was not of an acceptable standard. Specifically: The property was advertised as having a garden view. There is no garden. The view is simply of communal grass between caravans, which is used by members of the public walking through the site, including people walking their dogs. There are no flowers, shrubs or landscaped gardens that would justify this description. It was advertised as beachfront, which is completely misleading. The caravan is nowhere near the beach, and the beach cannot even be seen from anywhere on the site. It was advertised as having a private pool, when in reality there is only a communal public swimming pool located several hundred yards away. The listing stated there were three bedrooms, when in fact there are only two bedrooms plus a living room. A sofa in the lounge does not constitute a third bedroom, particularly as it was unsuitable for sleeping on and no bedding was provided. In addition to the misleading description, the condition of the caravan was unacceptable: Furniture was scruffy, dirty and torn. Window blinds were broken and missing parts, providing very little privacy at the front of the caravan where people regularly walk past. Radiators were rusty. The thermostat had fallen off one radiator. The oven was disgustingly filthy. The microwave was literally falling apart. Cups were heavily stained. Bird droppings covered the outdoor furniture. Shower pipework was rusty. The Wi-Fi did not work. The vacuum cleaner did not work. I have photographic evidence of every issue listed above.

It would be a nice caravan but hygiene and the cleaning process needs a lot of attention. So sad

− Very dirty. What a shame. Wouldn't want to stay in that location during the peak holiday season. You wouldn't get any quiet time. Did read reviews but only one night stay and thought I would give it a chance. Nothing to even clean with. Thank goodness I took a tea towel.. I think Each caravan park should do random hygiene checks on rented caravans because bad reviews reflect on their parks which is wrong because most parks are kept clean and tidy and are well run.

Don’t bother unless you want to live in filth

Close to the shop and bar, but also right out side where the train is left so constant sounds of a very loud bell… all through out the day and night from other holiday makers.

− The caravan was very very dirty and smelt of fat, as the oven had not been cleaned and the tray was left full of grease from previous people staying, I did tell the owner who said he would talk to his cleaner! Also the oven didn’t work, there was no batteries in any of the tv remotes the WiFi code didn’t work! And the bathroom with the stand in shower did not work only gave off boiling hot water that would scold you! And tbh the place was just filthy wouldn’t ever book again so please think twice before booking this caravan! We stayed one night and left early the next morning
