he property is located in a relatively quiet residential area, which could have been a comfortable stay if properly maintained and managed.

− The unit we received was in unacceptable condition it was dirty, smelled of smoke, and appeared poorly maintained. We spent minimal time in the unit because it was not suitable for a comfortable stay. More concerning is that we are now being charged for damages using photos that do not match the unit we occupied. The images provided include features (such as blue carpet) that were not present in our unit at all. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and legitimacy of these claims. We paid all required fees, including the security/incidental deposits, and the unit was inspected before we left. The charges appear to be unjustified and misleading.

− Nous n’avions pas accès au Wi-fi. Nous n’avions pas de fourchettes , de coupes de vin… Il n’y avait pas de linge à vaisselle et il manquait des débarbouillettes pour se laver . Ils répondaient rapidement aux courriels, mais ne répondaient pas à nos besoins . Ils ne faisaient que mentionner qu’ils prenaient en note nos commentaires . Une place terriblement décevante

Very happy with Tucker the shared pool was lovely

− The early morning wake up call from the cleaning staff?? Who around 6am chose to wake us all every morning with the reversing noise of their transport in addition to the loud music they played.

Unless the owners replace the furnishings, I probably won’t stay there again.

I liked the first floor convenience and parking right outside the door. It was a good location close to the campus and shopping. There was a pool and playground.

− One of the beds had a broken board, the pullout couch had urine stains on the mattress and stains all over the couch,the ice maker in the freezer made yellow ice, the pool was extremely cold, and a couple in the unit screamed at each other outside our door for an hour about 3 am.

− I could not access entry information during check-in due to the sites functionality on my phone, I was then provided 2 different door codes, neither worked and the lock did not function, it took 3 days to repair, I was also given the incorrect wifi network details and passwords, the condition of the Apt was poor, holes in walls, upholstery dirty and stained. After all this I requested a late check-out from 11am to 12.....I was told I had to pay, what a disgraceful way to treat a paying customer.
