10.0Appartamento bellissimo dotato di tutto. Secondo piano con comodo ascensore. Balcone molto piacevole con sdraio e tavolo per mangiare. Arredi e accessori, elettrodomestici, tutto in perfetto ordine. Grazie. Consiglio assolutamente. Inoltre c'è posto auto privato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto snack, acqua e caffè per i tre giorni.

La posizione è comoda sia per visitare i dintorni che per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante. Francesco è un host impeccabile: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri.

8.0Good, spacious and clean apartments. They had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient — just a one-minute walk to the bus stop, from where you can get to any part of the beach or to the center of Cagliari. You can also reach the beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. There is also a nearby park with flamingos.
− One evening there was no water in the shower, but this seemed to be more of a city issue rather than a problem with the apartment itself. There were also some minor issues with the electricity. Nowhere was it mentioned that the circuit breaker cannot handle several appliances running at the same time. You have to choose between using the air conditioner, washing machine, or dryer. Moreover, when I messaged the owner on WhatsApp about the issue, the reply was written in all caps, as if it was my fault.
