5.0Obiekt duży w idealnym położeniu. Blisko morze i Deptak . Dużo miejsca do spacerów w przyjemnym otoczeniu .
− Obiekt wymaga remontu, szczególnie łazienka jest do remontu generalnego . Gdyby nie otoczenie sosnowego lasu i bliskość morza to miejsce wokół nie specjalne. Taras jest ale drzwi się nie otwierają.
