Nice villas bu
8.0Location was nice, inside parkdean holiday home, with all comforts available. Host is very helpful and active with clear communication. Home overall had all the amenities needed
− I was asked to pay extra for the swimming pool which is not mentioned in the page of the villas booking page. Also vill was not clean, had a lot of dust and spider webs etc. in the rooms I didn't think it was worth the price though, found a tad bit overpriced.

10.0This property is fantastic! Modern, beautiful and very clean. I would happily return. I have never stayed in a place like it. The property was easy to find on the park. Easy to access there is a slope up to the chalet from the car park but we had no issues with getting a pushchair up there. The owners Ken & Siri really care about this property as well as the stay for the people staying. There were complimentary snacks and coffee. There was also a little handbook with how everything works in the property and ideas on places to visit in north Devon. Ken also recommended me a lovely beach to go to with my disabled son which was perfect. I would also recommend The Milky Way adventure park with is only short 5 minute drive from this property and a fantastic day out. Honestly this is the best experience I have ever had with booking a property with booking.com. I would stay again and I have already recommended this chalet to friends and family even while I was there. Everything was perfect, my children were so sad to leave. The care that is put into this property really makes the holiday.

6.0it was a very straightforward place to stay enough room the area was perfect the view was gorgeous and we enjoyed iare short break would book again.
− everything was fine however i wouldve expected it to be more cleaner because of my standards of cleanliness.
