3.0I really wanted to like this place at the price but in my view room 3 is not rentable. Pros - nice extras on bed. Extra pillows. Nice towels . Extra bedding. Good location. Effort put in but not constantly Why is room 2 so nice compared to my room
− Negatives for room 3 Bits on floor . Not hoovered . Room checks? Bits on both protectors. Horrible! Slept on top of bed. old rug.old flat pack furniture WiFi password not in room or on check in booking message. No phone signal ee on phone in room. Beds rock hard. Wi for docker nearly cooked my mobile and did not charge. TV not tuned in correctly and you have to dock to each channel on your phone. TV does not face either bed. Horrible coffee , brews 4 in a bag. Terrible painting and blending above door . Dust at back of door. I suggest the owner gets friends to check jnto room 3 and share there views. I could of just about looked past these issues at 50 pounds but Bar outside open till 1pm. Got 4 sleep. Very nosey Light shines into room from landing and shared bathroom as not blacked out properly. This room should not be leased out at any price untill a major refit and rethink, plus warnings about bar. I also question the safety of the docker I hated the complete remote experience and detachment to the business. Other old guest toilettes left in bath room. Again these need a wipe down and pipework need a lick of paint. Felt more like a hostel experience for room 3. or I had checked into a friend's room who had put you up as a favour In some areas the cleaning and maintenance is not acceptable for a bed and breakfast. Personally I like a refund.

8.0Very cozy .bed vomfy.nice terrace to sit out in in room 4 .a lovely stay
− Tv had no signal at all so couldnt watch anything .wich was a shame beause went for a relax so didnt go out so .and wifi didnt work in room so had to keep going down stairs to get my messages. Ive stayed here many times and never had problem so might of just been an EE and tv error in the area xxxx deffo stay again tho if wifi fixed or tv xx
