8.0Quality and size of the apartment, ample space as desired. Patio was comfortable with the required relaxation. All internal appliances and house was good quality. Of particulate note was the superb responsiveness and professionalism of the Utopia team - I was super impressed - thanks team Utopia!
− Some minor internal upkeep is required - missing tiles and one bathroom one of the sinks had a leak which could not be repaired. As said minor did not disappoint or impact on our stay.
