8.0We have been staying here for few times and always be our second home
− Avoid to book family room, it's not worth it. The price more then triple price of delux room. Kitchen not functioning, no fridge and every time we turn on the water very noisy. We can't sleep on the first night. We normally booked deluxe room. But was fully booked. Luckily after the complain they move us to deluxe room the next night

1.0− Kotor, plafon rusak jebol, pintu rusak, kaca kotor berjamur, sarang laba2 dimana-mana, banyak nyamuk, pokoknya amat sangat tidak layak... Itu staff kebersihannya nggak kerja atau gimana? Cek sendiri lah kamar nomor 5, kaya rumah hantu yang siap dibongkar...
